Abstract in English
In the era of globalization, the most efficient companies are winning the competition and they gain new markets. This statement also applies to the states - macrostructures. They must be efficient, to effectively attract investors, create new jobs and increase their GDP. This means that the State must effectively combat the pathology of the organization that is corruption. In this paper presents the role of the supreme audit office in tackling corruption. This issue is not thoroughly researched and described in the literature. The article fills a gap in the cognitive area mentioned above.
