dc.abstract.enThe first, very efficient micropropagation protocol for energy hybrid sorrel was developed. This system could be useful for rapid clonal propagation and genetic transformation. This is the first estimation of the DNA 2C-value of this hybrid. Histological and SEM analyses revealed direct organogenesis. Direct shoot regeneration system is more desirable than using an intermediate callus phase.pl
