The main goal of the paper is to portray the importance of the respect of the cultures of foreign countries and cultural differences management. The key to success in the foreign market are: knowledge of the culture of the country which the organization enters, glocalization, which means adjustment to the requirements of the local market and customer preferences, as well as getting rid of ethnocentric attitudes and building a strong board of local managers who are familiar with local market and are able to meet its needs.
