Komunikacja z odbiorcami i stałe publikowanie treści zwiększa sprzedaż ubrań, buduje zaufanie klientów do marki, a także pomaga w nawiązywaniu współpracy. Polskie marki modowe najczęściej wykorzystują platformy Instagram i Facebook, jednak to Instagram daje im największe możliwości. |

The main purpose of this work was to identify the way in which information transfer affects the image of Polish fashion brands in social media. The research methods were interviews with three Polish fashion companies such as: Piotr Popiołek, Oliwia Jankowska, and RAD DUET. The interviews show that the shared content has both positive and negative impact on the brand image and the presence on social media platforms is a necessity for the proper functioning of the company. Communicating with the audience and constantly publishing content increases sales of clothes, builds customer trust in the brand, and helps to establish cooperation. Polish fashion brands most often use Instagram and Facebook platforms, but it is Instagram that gives them the greatest opportunities. In the process of communicating with customers, they rely on photos, videos and coverage on stories. Representatives of Polish fashion brands emphasize that they do not follow any rules in the process of communication with the audience and publishing content on social media. The content of the paper also explains the concepts of information transfer itself, information and information management. It also presents the definition of a brand, the characteristics of fashion brands, as well as the characteristics of social media and explains what the brand image is. |
