Głównie poruszona jest kwestia testamentu holograficznego, który wydaje się najlepiej wyrażać wolę testatora. Ukazane są również podstawowe cechy testamentu własnoręcznego i występujące niekiedy ograniczenia, które utrudniają ustalenie rzeczywistej woli testatora.
