Celem niniejszej pracy licencjackiej jest przedstawienie roli prezydenta w polskim państwie. W pierwszej części pracy licencjackiej przedstawiono instytucję prezydenta, jego rolę, pozycję jako organu władzy wykonawczej oraz przedstawiono początek kształtowania się instytucji prezydenta. Druga część pracy licencjackiej przedstawia kompetencje prezydenta jako głowy państwa.

The aim of this bachelor's thesis is to present the role of the president in the Polish state. The first part of the bachelor's thesis presents the president's institution, his role, position as an executive authority and the beginning of the formation of the president's institution. The second part of the bachelor's thesis presents the President's competence as a head of state.
