Tematem niniejszej pracy jest analiza czynników społeczno-kulturowych, które kształtują postać płatnego zabójcy oraz wpływają na demoralizację nieletnich w Kolumbii. Głównym celem pracy jest udowodnienie, że literackie przedstawienie problemu płatnych zabójców wiernie odzwierciedla rzeczywistość i tym samym przyczynia się do walki z przestępczością, poprzez szerzenie świadomości społecznej. Przedmiotem analizy jest dzieło kolumbijskiego autora Arturo Alape ,,La sangre ajena’’, a jako metodologia badawcza zostały użyte badania kulturowe, które pozwalają zrozumieć związek pomiędzy podjętym problemem, a aspektem kulturowym.

The subject of the present work is the analysis of social and cultural factors which form the figure of a contract killer and influence on demoralization of the minors in Colombia. The main aim of the research is to demonstrate that the literary representation of the phenomenon of hired assassins accurately reflects the reality and therefore contributes the fight against crime by raising social awareness. The subject of the analysis is the novel ,,La sangre ajena’’ of the Colombian author Arturo Alape studied by using the methodology of the cultural studies which allows to understand the relation between the cultural aspect and the problem raised.

El tema del presente trabajo es el análisis de los factores socioculturales que crean la figura del sicario e influyen en la desmoralización de los menores en Colombia. El objetivo general de la investigación es comprobar que la representación literaria del problema de los asesinos a sueldo refleja fielmente la realidad y, a consecuencia, contribuye a la lucha contra la delincuencia, promoviendo la conciencia social. El objeto del análisis es el libro ,,La sangre ajena’’ del autor colombiano Arturo Alape estudiado a base de los estudios culturales que permiten entender el vínculo entre el problema planteado y el aspecto cultural.
