Celem niniejszej pracy jest przybliżenie dwóch dyscyplin lingwistyki stosowanej, mianowicie: językoznawstwa kryminalistycznego i kilku gałęzi socjolingwistyki, która także jest z nim związana. Pierwsze rozdziały są poświęcone lingwistyce kryminalistycznej, na początku wyjaśnimy czym jest ten dział językoznawstwa, a następnie przejdziemy do jego zastosowania, starając się opisać bardziej szczegółowo, jakie jest jego miejsce w naukach kryminalistycznych i do jakich metod się ucieka. Druga część jest związana z socjolingwistyką. Naszym celem jest przybliżenie kwestii, które znajdują się w jej centrum zainteresowania,a następnie skupimy się na dwóch z nich, czyli profisjolekcie i języku tajnym- w tym przypadku żargonie więziennym. Ostatnią kwestią której poświęcamy tę pracę jest język związany z narkotykami.

The aim of this thesis is to approximate two disciplines of the applied linguistics, namely: forensic linguistics and some branches of sociolinguistics, which is also related with it. Initial chapters are dedicated to forensic linguistics, at first we will explain what is this branch of linguistics and then we move on to its application, trying to describe with more details what is its place in forensic sciences and which approches uses. The second part is related to sociolinguistics. Our goal is to approximate the issues that are in the centre of its interests and then we will concentrate on two of them: a proffesional language and a secret language- in this case jargon of prison. The last issue that will be mentioned is a language related to drugs.

Este trabalho tem como objetivo aproximar duas disciplinas da linguística aplicada, nomeadamente: a linguística forense e alguns ramos da sociolinguística, que também são relacionados com ela. Os primeiros capítulos são dedicados à linguística forense: primeiramente vamos explicar o que é esse ramo da linguística e depois vamos avançar para a aplicação dela, tentando descrever mais detalhadamente qual é o seu lugar nas ciências forenses e quais os métodos aos quais recorre. A segunda parte é ligada à sociolinguística. O nosso objetivo é aproximar as questões que ficam no centro de interesse dela e depois focar-nos em duas delas, nomeadamente na linguagem profissional e linguagem secreta - neste caso, o jargão da prisão. A última questão à qual dedicamos esse trabalho é a linguagem relacionada com as drogas.
