Praca opisuje najważniejsze partie nacjonalistycznych w krajach Wielkiej Brytanii: Szkockiej Partii Narodowej, irlandzkiej Sinn Féin oraz walijskiej Plaid Cymru. Koncentruje się na historii tych partii oraz na ich działaniach, których celem jest zdobycie niepodległości dla krajów, które reprezentują. Przyjęty został zakres badania partii do pierwszych reform dewolucyjnych i kilku lat po ich wprowadzeniu, a więc do przełomu XX i XXI w. W pracy znajduje się również analiza i porównanie partii między sobą oraz próba predykcji najbliższej przyszłości Wielkiej Brytanii.

This research describes the most important nationalist parties in Great Britain: the Scottish National Party, the Irish Sinn Féin and the Welsh Plaid Cymru. It focuses on the history of these parties and their activities, which aim to achieve independence for the countries they represent. The scope of the survey is until the first devolution reforms and several years after their introduction was adopted, which is at the turn of the 20th and 21st centuries. The research also analyzes and compares the parties with each other, and attempts to predict the immediate future of Great Britain.
