Adsorpcja porfiryn na powierzchni rutylu TiO2 (110)-(1x1): Badania STM
Adsorption of porphyrins on (110) - (1x1) face of rutile TiO2 : STM investigation
adsorpcja, porfiryny, ZnTPP, ZnDiCPP-adj, rutyl, TiO2, (110)
adsorption, porphyrins, ZnTPP, ZnDiCPP-adj, rutile, TiO2, (110)
In this paper, the structures created by zinc porphyrins and their stability were analyzed. Molecules of ZnTPP and ZnDiCPP-adj were adsorbed on (110)-(1x1) face of rutile TiO2. The study was performed by scanning tunneling microscope under ultrahigh vacuum conditions UHV. Both molecules self-assemble into well-defined domains. It was observed that raising the crystal temperature during molecular deposition resulted in increasing average domain size. It was shown that the carboxyl group -COOH profitable affects stability of molecules adsorbed on (110)-(1x1) face of rutile TiO2.
