Przedmiotem niniejszej pracy magisterskiej jest analiza współsprawstwa i pomocnictwa na podstawie Kodeksu karnego z 1997 r. Praca ta składa się z pięciu głównych rozdziałów. W pierwszym z nich zostały zaprezentowane najważniejsze założenia teoretycznych koncepcji dotyczących współdziałania w popełnieniu przestępstwa. Rozdziały drugi i trzeci zawierają obszerną analizę problematyki związanej ze współsprawstwem i pomocnictwem, z uwzględnieniem orzecznictwa Sądu Najwyższego. W rozdziale czwartym zostały omówione szczegółowo zasady dotyczące odpowiedzialności karnej współsprawcy i pomocnika. Rozdział piąty poświęcony został metodom rozróżnienia współsprawstwa i pomocnictwa. Właściwe rozważania poprzedzone są rozdziałem wstępnym. W zakończeniu natomiast autorka podsumowuje dokonaną analizę, wskazując na możliwe sposoby rozwiązania kwestii rozgraniczenia współsprawstwa i pomocnictwa.

The subject matter of the thesis comprises an analysis of aiding and abetting under the Polish Penal Code of 1997. The thesis is divided into five main chapters. The first one presents the most important aspects of the theories concerning the criminal complicity. The second and the third chapters contain a broad analysis of the issues relative to aiding and abetting, including the jurisprudence of the Polish Supreme Court. The fourth chapter focuses on regulations on liability of an aider and abettor. The fifth one presents the methods of differentiating between aiding and abetting. The main considerations are preceded by an introductory chapter. In the final chapter the author summarises her analysis and introduces the possible solutions of the matter of distinguishing between aiding and abetting.
