Customs procedures

Celem niniejszej pracy byłą analiza podstawowych procedur celnych w handlu międzynarodowym.Handel zagraniczny jest ważną częścią działalności gospodarczej kraju. Prawo celne wywiera znaczny wpływ na obecną sytuację Polski. Obrót towarowy z innymi krajami ulega znacznym zmianom i przekształceniom procedur celnych i dokumentów. Omówione zostały procedury zmiany statusu celnego towarów oraz procedury zawieszające i gospodarcze. Praca podejmuje problematykę również przeznaczenia towarów w obrocie celnym. Co więcej, zaprezentowana została również kwestia obowiązków osób, które chcą skorzystać z danej procedury, a także kwestia możliwych zwolnień celnych.

The aim of this study was to analyze the basic customs procedures in international trade. Foreign trade is an important part of the economic activity of the country. Customs law such influences present situation in Poland. Trade in goods with other countries is subject to significant changes and transformations of customs procedures and documents. There were discussed the procedure for amending the customs status of goods and suspensive and economic procedures. This master’s thesis takes also the issue of use of goods in the customs circulation. What's more, there were presented also the matter of responsibility of people who want to benefit from the procedure in question, and the issue of possible relief from customs duty.
