W pracy została dokonana analiza poszczególnych elementów instytucji, jak np. terminy czy definicja. Wskazano również nieprawidłowości związane ze stosowaniem regulacji, luki prawne oraz rozwiązania zasługujące na aprobatę.

The paper describes the institution that deals with tax overpayment. It shows what kind of consequences suffer the taxpayer and the tax authorities when situation such as tax overpayment occurs. The thesis deals with the analysis of particular elements of overpayment tax institution like terms and definitions. What is more the work also points out some of anomalies, legal loopholes and some deserving approval solutions that are referring to tax overpayment.
