Streszczenie W pracy został opracowany model opieki pielęgniarskiej nad dzieckiem z zapaleniem oskrzelików. Celem pracy było rozpoznanie problemów zdrowotnych dziecka z zapaleniem oskrzelików oraz zaplanowanie interwencji pielęgniarskich. Model opieki pielęgniarskiej został oparty na założeniach teorii pielęgnowania według Dorothei Orem. Określa on w jaki sposób zaplanować opiekę pielęgniarską nad pacjentem w chorobie. W pierwszej części pracy przedstawiono wstęp wraz z uzasadnieniem wyboru tematu. W drugiej omówiono budowę, funkcje i rozwój układu oddechowego oraz odrębności anatomio-fizjologiczne. W trzeciej części pracy zostały omówione informacje dotyczące zapalenia oskrzelików: definicja, epidemiologia, etiologia, obraz kliniczny choroby, diagnostyka, metody leczenia oraz działania profilaktyczne. Część czwarta przedstawia cel pracy. W dwóch ostatnich częściach pracy przedstawiono model opieki pielęgniarskiej według teorii Dorothei Orem oraz problemy zdrowotne dziecka z zapaleniem oskrzelików wraz z celem opieki, interwencjami pielęgniarskimi oraz oczekiwanymi wynikami opieki. Zakończenie pracy zawiera podsumowanie i wnioski, a także wykaz piśmiennictwa na podstawie którego bazowano pisząc niniejszą pracę licencjacką.

Summary In my dissertation there has been presented the model of the nursing care for the child who suffers from the bronchiolitis. The aim of the thesis was to recognize the health problems of the child who has the bronchiolitis and to plan the particular nursing interventions. The model of the nursing care was based on the principles of the care theory created by Dorothea Orem. It describes precisely in which way should we plan the nursing care for the patient who suffers from the illness. In the first part of the dissertation there was presented the introduction where the choice of the topic was vividly justified. The second part concentrated on the structure, functions and the development of the respiratory system as well as on the distinctive anatomic and physiological features. The third part discussed the information concerning the bronchiolitis: definition, epidemiology, etiology, the clinical picture of the illness, the diagnosis, the methods of treatment and the preventive actions. The fourth part describes the main aim of the dissertation. The last two parts there was presented the model of the nursing care based on the Dorothea Orem’s theory together with the health problems of the child who suffers from the bronchiolitis, the aim of the care, nursing interventions and the expected results of the care. In the conclusion we can find the summary and the recommendations as well as the list of sources which were used when writing this bachelor’s thesis.
