Tematem pracy są stylizacja „Bajek robotów” oraz technika jej przekładu zastosowana w ukraińskim przekładzie. Praca opiera się na tłumaczeniu z 1990 roku. Jest to jedyne tłumaczenie, jakie dotychczas ukazało się w tym języku. W części pierwszej pracy opisano, czym jest fantastyka naukowa oraz jakie są charakterystyczne elementy tego gatunku. Drugi rozdział pracy zajmuje się problematyką intretekstualności oraz stylizacji, jako dwóch elementów ważnych dla współczesnej literatury. Zostały one w tym rozdziale zdefiniowane i omówione.Część trzecią stanowi charakterystyka Bajek robotów. Wśród najważniejszych elementów, tworzących utwór wymieniono stylizację bajkową, archaizację, stylizację biblijną, stylizację naukową oraz intertekstualność, w tym cechy parodystyczne opowiadań. Zwrócono także uwagę, że autor łączy w opowiadaniach różne konwencje, prowadzi grę z gatunkami i językiem.Rozdział czwarty jest rozdziałem analitycznym pracy i skupia się na czterech obszarach charakterystycznych dla Bajek robotów. Na początku omówiono metodę wprowadzania stylizacji archaicznej, w tym biblijnej i przedstawiono techniki, których użyto dla przekładu tej stylizacji na język ukraiński. Kolejnym elementem jest stylistyka naukowa i użyte metody dla jej przetłumaczenia. Następnie opisano elementy intertekstualne wraz z podanymi przykładami tłumaczeń. Ostatnia część rozdziału skupia się na metodologii tłumaczenia pojawiających się w opowiadaniach nazw własnych i neologizmów.

The theme of thesis is stylization of "Fables for robots" and translation technique used in the Ukrainian translation. The work is based on a translation publicized in 1990. It is so far the only translation published in this language. In the first chapter author describes what is science fiction and what are the characteristic elements of the genre. The second chapter of the work deals with the question of intertextuality and stylization, as these two elements are important for modern literature. They have been in this chapter defined and discussed.The third part is a short characteristic of style “Fables for robots”. Among the most important elements are stylization in the type of fairy tale, archaic, biblical, scientific styling and intertextuality, including parody. Thesis also pointed out that the author combines in the stories various conventions, plays with genres and language.The fourth chapter is the analytical chapter and focuses on four areas characteristic for “Fables for robots”. At the beginning author discusses archaic styling, including the Bible and presents techniques that have been used for translation of this stylization into Ukrainian. Another element is the scientific stylization and the methods used for its translation. Third part describes the intertextuality and its translation. The last part of the chapter focuses on the methodology of translating of names and neologisms.
