Niniejsza praca dotyczy implementacji dyrektywy 2011/24/WE do polskiego porządku prawnego. Zagadnienie to zostało poszerzone o kontekst prawny zawarty w prawie pierwotnym Unii Europejskiej oraz orzeczeniach Trybunału Sprawiedliwości, poprzez omówienie poszczególnych instytucji prawnych składających się na leczenie transgraniczne, o czym traktuje pierwszy rozdział pracy.W kolejnym rozdziale poddano analizie implementowaną dyrektywę, począwszy od genezy jej uchwalenia poprzez scharakteryzowanie dyrektywy, jako źródła prawa pochodnego UE, a skończywszy na omówieniu poszczególnych instytucji prawnych w niej zawartych. Ostatni rozdział dotyczy omówienia wprowadzenia zapisów zawartych w dyrektywie do polskiego porządku prawnego.

This work concerns the implementation of the directive 2011/24/WE to the polish legal order. This issue has been extended to the legal pattern context included in the UE primary law and in the court of judgments, in the way of discussion of individual legal institutions comprising to the cross-border treatment, what the first chapter deal with. In the next chapter the implemented directive was analyzed, starting with the genesis/origin of its adoption through the description of the directive as a source of secondary EU law, and finishing with the discussion of individual legal institutions included in it.The last chapter concerns the discussion of the records introduction contained in the directive to the polish legal order.
