Podstawowym celem niniejszej pracy jest przedstawienie pozycji organizacji społecznej w postępowaniu administracyjnym, charakterystyka jej ról procesowych oraz ukazanie jej znaczącej pozycji w rozprawie, mającej często oddziaływanie społeczne. Udział organizacji w postępowaniu pozwala uniknąć nieporozumień w związku ze stykaniem się ze sobą różnych interesów. Udział organizacji społecznej w postępowaniu zapobiega także nietrafnym decyzjom, godzącym w interesy obywateli oraz naruszeniom prawa ze strony organu administracyjnego.

The primary aim of this study is to present the position of social organization in administrative proceedings, the characteristics of its process roles and to present its significant position in the hearing, often having a social impact. The participation of the organisation in the proceedings helps to avoid misunderstandings due to the meeting of different interests. The participation of social organizations in the proceedings also prevents inaccurate decisions, reconciling the interests of citizens and infringements from the administrative authority.
