Care for the Patient with Lupus Erythematosus

Toczeń rumieniowaty układowy jest przewlekłą, zapalną chorobą o podłożu autoimmunologicznym. Dominującą rolę w rozwoju choroby odgrywają czynniki środowiskowe. Choroba prowadzi do przewlekłego stanu zapalnego organizmu. Objawy kliniczne są bardzo różnorodne, zależą od tego jaki układ jest zajęty procesem chorobowym, stąd też diagnostyka jest utrudniona. Na przebieg choroby i jej rokowanie znaczący wpływ ma szybkie wdrożenie odpowiedniego leczenia.Tematem niniejszej pracy jest: "Opieka nad pacjentem z toczniem rumieniowatym". Celem pracy było opracowanie modelu opieki nad pacjentem chorującym na toczeń rumieniowaty układowy z uwzględnieniem jego potrzeb biologicznych i psychospołecznych.Praca składa się z dwóch części. W pierwszej części zawarte są kliniczne podstawy choroby. Druga część stanowi model opieki pielęgniarskiej. Wyłonionych zostało 16 najczęściej występujących problemów pielęgnacyjnych, określono cele opieki oraz przedstawiono propozycje ich rozwiązania. Całość zakończono podsumowaniem i wnioskami.

Systemic lupus erythematosus is a chronic inflammatory autoimmune disease. Environmental factors have the most dominant role in the development of this disease, which leads to chronic inflammation of the body. Clinical symptoms are varied. They depend on that in which system disease process appear. Therefore, the diagnosis is difficult. Quick implementation of appropriate treatment has a strong influence on the course and prognosis of the disease. The theme of this work is: "Care for the Patient with Lupus Erythematosus". The aim of this work is to develop a model of patient care suffering from systemic lupus erythematosus, including her biological as well as psychosocial needs. The work is composed of two parts. The first section describes the clinical basis for the disorder. The second part presents a model of nursing care. This study emphasises sixteen of the most common nursing problems, sets goals of care and presents suggestions for their solution. Summary and conclusions are included at the end of this research.
