Współczesnego odbiorcę wprawia to w konsternację. |

This BA dissertation is devoted to the Holocaust Postmemory experience. The alternative ways to express significant 'inexpressible' through contemporary narratives are considered, which give a new direction of speaking about the Holocaust. Works of Jozef Szajna and Tadeusz Rozewicz prove that artists, who experienced the Holocaust, gave the order to express 'the inexpressible' and the opportunity to look at the Shoah without pathos. Contemporary artists are trying to break the already mentioned 'inexpressibility' and tell about the Holocaust in their own way.Postmemory forces the fiction and humor in the narratives of the Holocaust. It is also considered if photographs, which document Death Camp or the death of Jews - are specific form of the document or individual expression of originator?Issues of Holocaust reminds trash - area of mixing different narratives. Contemporary viewer might be confused because of that multiplicity. |
