Celem mojej pracy jest przedstawienie tematyki związanej z ochroną danych osobowych. Praca składa się z pięciu rozdziałów. Pierwszy z nich zawiera opis teoretycznych modeli ochrony danych osobowych. W drugim zaprezentowana została ochrona danych w odniesieniu do prawa międzynarodowego, Konstytucji RP oraz ustawy o ochronie danych osobowych. Kolejny rozdział dotyczy celów i zakresu tej ochrony oraz wyjaśnię podstawowe pojęcia związane z tematem. W czwartym rozdziale opisany został organ ochrony danych osobowych, jego zadania i uprawnienia. Piąty rozdział przedstawia tematykę ochrony danych osobowych w ogólnym postępowaniu administracyjnym. Poruszone zostały także kwestie ochrony danych w związku z udostępnianiem informacji publicznej.

The main aim of his thesis is to present issues relating to the protection of personal data. The work consist of five chapters. The first one contains a description of theoretical models of personal data protection. The second chapter presents personal data protection in relation to international law, the Polish Constitution and the law on personal data protection. The next section concerns the objectives and scopes of the protection and explains main concepts related to the topic. In the fourth chapter I described the personal data protection authority, its tasks and powers. The last chapter presents the issue of the personal data protection in administrative procedure. They were also raised data protection issues in connection with the provision of public information.
