W zaprezentowanej pracy zostało omówione postępowanie egzekucyjne w administracji z wskazaniem na fundamentalne elementy tegoż postępowania. Moim głównym celem było przedstawienie rozwoju tej dziedziny prawa na przestrzeni dziejów, wskazanie zakresu stosowania egzekucji administracyjnej wraz z jej zasadami oraz środkami egzekucyjnymi należności pieniężnych.

The aim of this work is to present the scope of enforcement proceedings in administration. The administrative enforcement proceedings are applicable to administrative claims and are regulated by the Act on Administrative Enforcement Proceedings of 1966. In the first chapter definition and disclosure of enforcement is presented. Further two subjects of administrative enforcement are discussed. Then, the principles and measures of enforcement proceedings are described in detail. These rules refer to the total scope of enforcement proceedings in administration and are present at every stage of this proceeding. These principles give the established rights to the enforcement authority and have a protective function in relation to the debtor. The main part of my thesis is to present and characterize the enforcement measures of monetary claims. These enforcement measures of monetary claims are used by the enforcement authorities to discharge the duties that a voluntary basis were not met by the persons liable. Additionally, the thesis presents the conduct of enforcement proceedings such as enforcement of monetary claims by seizure and sale movable and/or immovable assets, by seizure of claims for remuneration for employment, pensions and balances on banking accounts. The obtained from enforcement of claims are in intended to cover the required duty.
