Postawy dzieci chorych na cukrzycę typu I wobec nauczycieli, innych pracowników szkoły oraz uczniów, na tle postawy tychże dzieci wobec własnej choroby

Głównym celem pracy było przedstawienie jak w codzienności szkolnej funkcjonują dzieci chore na cukrzycę typu I. Ponadto w pracy badany był wpływ choroby na zachowanie oraz stosunek tych dzieci zarówno do pracowników szkoły jak i rówieśników. Dodatkowo odniesiono się do okazywanych przez dzieci chore na cukrzycę typu I postaw jak i emocji które mają bezpośredni związek z ich chorobą. Praca składa się z dwóch części: teoretycznej oraz metodologicznej. W pierwszej części przedstawiono dokumenty prawne potwierdzające przynależność dzieci przewlekle chorych do społeczeństwa zdrowego a także zaświadczające, że wyżej wymienione dzieci mogą uczęszczać do ogólnodostępnych placówek oświatowych wraz ze zdrowymi rówieśnikami. Fakt ten zdecydowanie korzystnie wpływa na rozwój i samopoczucie psychiczne dzieci chorych na cukrzycę typu I. ponadto rozdział ten prezentuje wcześniej już przeprowadzane przez wielu autorów badania tegoż problemu. Rozdział pierwszy prezentuje literaturę związaną z wpływem schorzenia jakim jest cukrzyca typu I na rozwój dziecka oraz jego kontakty ze środowiskiem szkolnym. W drugiej części pracy zaprezentowano badania własne, których celem było zbadanie wpływu cukrzycy typu I na zachowanie, postawę chorych dzieci wobec nauczycieli i kolegów ze szkoły. Do badań użyto kwestionariusza ankiety, w którym zadano pytania dotyczące środowiska szkolnego i emocji związanych z chorobą. Po dokonaniu natomiast wnikliwej prezentacji oraz analizy wyników tych badań podjęto dyskusję na temat funkcjonowania dzieci chorych na cukrzyce typu I w rzeczywistości szkolnej. Po dyskusji z kolei wyciągnięto stosowne wnioski.
The main objective of the study was to show how kids with diabetes function in school on a daily basis. Moreover my study shows how the diesease affects behavior and the relationshipt beetwen children as well as school employees.In addition, reference was made to attitude and emotions presented by the children with type I diabetes attitudes and emotions which are directly related to their illness. The work consists of two parts: theoretical and methodological. The first part presents the legal documents proving affiliation chronically ill children to a healthy society and also showing that the above-mentioned children can attend public educational institutions with healthy peers. This fact has a beneficial effect on the development and psychological well-being of children with type I diabetes beside this chapter presentes the study of this particular problem developed by many authors. The first chapter presents the literature related to the impact of the disease of the diabetes type I on the development of the child and his relationship with his colleagues. The second part of my work presents my own research that concern the infulence of diabetes type I over the behavior and attitude of the children among their teachers and colleagues. The main research tool was questionnaire, in which the question was asked about the school environment and emotions associated with the disease. After the insightful presentation analysis of the results of these studies the discussed was undertaken about the funcionality of children affected with type I diabetes in school reality. After a discussion in turn drawn the appropriate conclusions.
