Celem niniejszej pracy było ukazanie Akcji Wyborczej Polaków na Litwie w systemie partyjnym Republiki Litewskiej. Zaprezentowane zostały pojęcia systemu politycznego oraz systemu partyjnego. Opisano najważniejsze zagadnienia dotyczące litewskiego systemu politycznego, ze szczególnym uwzględnieniem kompetencji poszczególnych organów państwowych. W trzeciej części omówiono historię powstania, strukturę, a także postulaty programowe partii reprezentującej interesy polskiej mniejszości narodowej – Akcji Wyborczej Polaków na Litwie.

The aim of this study was to present the Electoral Action of Poles in Lithuania in the party system of the Republic of Lithuania. The concept of the political system and the party system were also introduced. This study describes the most important issues of the Lithuanian political system, in particular those of the state authorities. The final part discusses the history, structure, and platform of the party representing the interests of the Polish national minority – Electoral Action of Poles in Lithuania.
