Niniejsza praca dotyczy przestępstwa stalkingu, które w polskim Kodeksie karnym definiowane jest jako uporczywe nękanie, które wzbudza w ofierze uzasadnione okolicznościami poczucie zagrożenia lub istotnie narusza jej prywatność. Praca zawiera omówienie kryminologicznej problematyki tego zjawiska, jego skali w Polsce i na świecie oraz ustawodawstwa dotyczącego tej materii w innych krajach. Autorka dokonuje również analizy normatywnej przepisu art. 190a KK oraz ukazuje wyniki przeprowadzonych badań aktowych.

This thesis relates to an offense of stalking, which in Polish Penal Code is defined as persistent harassment which induces in the victim justified in the circumstances a sense of danger, or significantly breach their privacy. The thesis contains a discussion of criminological problems of stalking, the scale of the phenomenon in Poland and abroad and legislation on this matter in other countries. The author also makes normative analysis of art. 190a of Penal Code and reveals the results of research court records.
