Praca przedstawia problem, który dotyka coraz większą ilość ludzi czynnych zawodowo, a mianowicie problem mobbingu. W rozdziale pierwszym największą uwagę poświęciłam najistotniejszym informacjom na temat mobbingu, takim jak geneza tego zjawiska, jego formy oraz skutki. Rozdział drugi w całości nastawiony jest na sposoby radzenia sobie z mobbingiem i to zarówno w aspekcie pokrzywdzonego jak i w aspekcie samego pracodawcy oraz prowadzonej przez niego organizacji. Na sam koniec przedstawione zostały informacje na temat przepisów prawnych, które regulują kwestie mobbingu.

The thesis presents the problem of mobbing which is more and more visible among working people.The first chapter focuses on the most important information about mobbing i.e. the origins of this phenomenon, its forms and effects. The second chapter concerns the manners of dealing with the problem of mobbing both from the aspect of the employee and the employer and his company. Finally, there is presented the information concerning the legal regulations of the issues connected with mobbing.
