Tytuł prezentowanej pracy to „Częstość i rodzaj występowania powikłań u osób chorych na hemofilię”. Celem pracy było poznanie z jaką częstością występują różne powikłania. Głównymi problemami badawczymi było określenie w jakim wieku choroba jest rozpoznawana, określenie które powikłania występują najczęściej, określenie jaka jest zależność pomiędzy typem choroby (A i B), a częstością i rodzajem występowania powikłań, określenie czy istnieje zależność pomiędzy danymi socjodemograficznymi, a częstością i rodzajem powikłań. W pracy wykorzystano metodę analizy dokumentacji medycznej. Wyniki przeprowadzonych badań pokazały, że najczęstszymi powikłaniami są wylewy krwi do stawów, ból z nimi związany oraz artropatia hemofilowa. W badaniach pokazano, że typ choroby, oraz dane socjodemograficzne nie mają wpływu na częstość i rodzaj występowania powikłań. Pokazano także, że płeć istotnie wpływa częstość i rodzaj występowania powikłań.

The title of the paper presented is "The incidence and type of complications in people with haemophilia." The purpose of the study was to investigate the incidence of various complications. The main research focus was to identify the age at which the disease is diagnosed, the most common complications, the relationship between the disease type (A and B) and the incidence and type of complications as well as to determine whether there is a relationship between the socio-demographic figures and the incidence and type of complications. The paper was based on the analysis of medical records. The results of the study revealed that the most common complications are haemorrhage into joints, pain associated therewith and haemophilic arthropathy. The research has proved that the type of the disease, and the socio-demographic figures have no impact on the incidence and type of complications. It has also been noticed that the gender significantly affects the incidence and type of complications.
