Praca podejmuje zagadnienie kultury w organizacji. Zaprezentowano w niej diagnozę i ocenę kultury organizacyjnej w korporacji międzynarodowej. Dokonano jej z zastosowaniem modelu wartości konkurujących oraz za pośrednictwem obserwacji i analizy dokumentacji firmy. W celu uzyskania danych posłużono się kwestionariuszem OCAI. Praca pokazuje jak ważne jest uwzględnianie kultury organizacyjnej w zarządzaniu przedsiębiorstwem. Część empiryczna zawiera analizę i interpretację otrzymanego profilu kulturowego jak również opisowy model kultury badanej korporacji. We wnioskach z badań ukazano potencjał, który wykorzystać można w ramach planowania zmian w przedsiębiorstwie.

The thesis is aimed at analyzing of the issue of the culture in the organization. In this document, a diagnosis and assessment of the organizational culture, in the international corporation has been presented. The above mentioned has been performed by using the competitive value model as well as based on direct research and analyze of corporate documentation. In order of gathering a required data, OCAI questionnaire was used.The thesis shows how important is to consider the organizational culture in organization management. The empirical part contains analyze and interpretation of the cultural profile as well as a descriptive model of the assessed corporation. In the conclusions of the studies the potential is shown that can be used when planning changes in the company.
