Tytuł pracy to „Oczekiwania rodziców wobec opieki położnej rodzinnej”. Celem pracy jest określenie jakie oczekiwania powinna spełnić położna aby rodzice byli usatysfakcjonowani z jej opieki. Temat ten zainteresował mnie, ponieważ młode mamy co raz bardziej świadomie przygotowywują się do roli rodzica poprzez zdobywanie wiedzy na temat rodzicielstwa. Źródłem rzetelnych informacji oraz wsparcia może być położna rodzinna. Badanie przeprowadzono na przełomie marca i kwietnia 2014 roku na terenie Żłobka Samorządowego Nr 27w Krakowie oraz Przedszkola Samorządowego w Gruszowie. Ankietowani byli rodzice dzieci uczęszczających do żłobka oraz przedszkola. Zbadanych zostało 100 osób różnej płci. Do badania wykorzystano metodę sondażu diagnostycznego, technikę ankiety oraz kwestionariusz ankiety. Wyniki badań pokazały, że 74% badanych chciałoby aby położna rodzinna objęła opieką ich rodzinę, niezależnie od tego, w której ciąży jest kobieta. Wśród respondentów tylko 19% uczestniczyło w Szkole Rodzenia. Świadczy to o konieczności poprawienia jakości opieki położnej rodzinnej w okresie ciąży. Spotkania z położną oraz informacje od niej uzyskiwane zostały oceniano jako zadowalające przez 75% osób. Przedstawione wyniki pozwoliły sformułować wnioski iż opieka realizowana w trakcie ciąży przez położne rodzinne nadal nie spełnia oczekiwań rodziców. Położna rodzinna nie jest istotnym źródłem wsparcia dla młodych rodziców. Położna posiada cenne informacje, które mogą pomóc rodzicom w organizowaniu opieki nad noworodkiem i położnicą.

The title of the work is "The parents expectations of midwife family care." The aim of the study is to determine which expectations should be meet by the midwife that parents were satisfied with their care. This topic interested me, because young parents more consciously prepare to the role of a parent through acquiring knowledge about parenting. The source of reliable information and support can be a midwife family. The study was conducted in March and April 2014 in the Local Government Nursery No. 27 in Cracov and Local Government Kindergarten in Gruszów. Respondents were parents of children's attending the nursery and kindergarten. I examined 100 people of different sexes. The study used diagnostic survey method, technique survey and a questionnaire survey. The results showed that 74% of respondents would like to take care of their family by midwife and it doesn't depend on the ealier experiences. Among the respondents, only 19% participated in the School of Lamaze. This demonstrates the need to improve the quality of care of family midwife during pregnancy. Meeting with the midwife, and information obtained from it have been assessed as satisfactory by 75% of people. The results helped to formulate conclusions that care during pregnancy performed by midwives family still doesn't meet the expectations of parents. Midwife family is not an important source of support for young parents. The midwife has valuable information that can help parents to organize infant care and maternity.
