Whole group has been examined using Beck Depression Inventory, Krakow Depression Inventory and NEO-FFI Personality Inventory.Based on the results obtained following conclusions: self-destructive people are characterized by high agreeableness and largely suffer depression. Higher intensity of self-destruction has been observed in men. Self-destruction also appears to be associated with high levels of extraversion and conscientiousness, as well as with low level of neuroticism. Openness to experience has no impact on self-destruction. Unexpected outcome of the study is to detect a connection between depression and low intensity of neuroticism.
