The Total Quality Management (TQM) leads to an improvement in the functioning of an enterprise and meeting of the expectations and needs of both internal and external customers. A quality management system helps to identify problems and apply corrective and preventive actions. An audit report demonstrates whether a product or service meets the essential requirements of established standards. The cooperation between company employees and auditors is crucial. The audit's conclusions enable the enterprise to make decisions aiming to improve the quality management system.
