Structural and semantic analysis of anthroponyms recorded in baptism books of The Descent of The Holy Spirit Parish in Nowa Gora near Krzeszowice. The research material comes from the years 1833-1843, 1890-1900, 1950-1960 and 2000-2010. The work includes information of New Mountain: history, geo-climatic conditions and nowadays situation. Basic concepts related to the onomastics are explained and presented in detail along with a discussion of names, surnames and classification of anthroponyms. The collected research material has been analyzed in terms of structure and meaning, presented in the form of dictionaries with a description of etymology. The analysis shows the trends in giving the names of both the past and today, and identifies the most popular names in the analyzed periods.

Analiza strukturalna i semantyczna antroponimów zapisanych w księgach chrztu parafii p.w. Zesłania Ducha Świętego w Nowej Górze koło Krzeszowic. Materiał badawczy pochodzi z lat 1833-43, 1890-1900, 1950-60 i 2000-2010. Praca zawiera informacje na temat Nowej Góry, historii miejscowości, warunków geograficzno-klimatycznych oraz sytuacji współczesnej. Podstawowe pojęcia związane z onomastyką zostały wyjaśnione i zaprezentowane szczegółowo wraz z omówieniem imion, nazwisk i klasyfikacją antroponimów. Zebrany materiał badawczy został zanalizowany pod względem budowy i znaczenia, przedstawiony w formie słowników z opisem etymologii. Wykonana analiza ukazuje tendencje w nadawaniu imion zarówno dawniej jak i współcześnie oraz wskazuje najpopularniejsze nazwiska w analizowanych okresach.
