Celem artykułu jest zapoznanie czytelnika z mało znanym w historii leksykografii hiszpańsko-amerykańskiej dziełem jezuity Blasa Pretovio pt. Vocabulario de lengua guarani, a dokładniej z egzemplarzem, który znajduje się w zasobach Biblioteki Jagiellońskiej oraz przedstawienie analizy fragmentu tego słownika pod kątem zawartości słownictwa o charakterze religijnym. Można zakładać, że zarówno stan duchowny autora, jak i czas i miejsce powstania dzieła miały wpływ na jego zawartość. W tym celu badaniu poddajemy część słownika (hasła na literę A) związane z tematyką religijną. Analiza ma charakter ilościowy, ale przede wszystkim jakościowy i obejmuje poziom graficzno-fonetyczny, morfoskładniowy oraz semantyczno-leksykalny. Otrzymane wyniki dają wgląd w stan ówczesnej hiszpańszczyzny, przybliżają wagę elementu religijnego w twórczości leksykograficznej w czasach kolonialnych w Ameryce Południowej, ale są też zaproszeniem do dalszych badań nad tym słownikiem.

The purpose of the article is to familiarize the reader with little-known in the history of Spanish-American lexicography work of Jesuit Blas Pretovio titled Vocabulario de lengua guarani, or more precisely with the copy that is in the resources of the Jagiellonian Library and to present the analysis of a fragment of this dictionary in terms of the content of religious vocabulary. We can assume that both the author's religious status and the time and place of creation of the work may have influenced its content. For this purpose, we examine a part of the dictionary (entries for the letter A) related to religious topics. The analysis is quantitative, but above all qualitative and includes a graphic-phonetic, morphological and semantic-lexical level. The obtained results give an insight into the state of Spanish at the time, approximate the importance of the religious element in the lexicographic work in colonial times in South America, but are also an invitation to further research on this dictionary.
