Artykuł ma charakter przeglądowy i przyczynkarski. Celem artykułu jest przedstawienie wybranych zagadnień z zakresu obiegu plastycznego i rozmaitych aspektów edukacji artystycznej (wychowania plastycznego). Autor używał metody historiograficznej analizy dokumentów, istotnościowej lub logicznej analizy przedmiotu. Autor przedstawił zagadnienie głównie od strony pedagogicznej i filozoficznej, wskazując na istotne jego elementy. Tekst jest w pewnym sensie rekapitulacją wątków badawczych obecnych we wcześniejszych artykułach autora, stanowiąc jakby ogólny raport z dotychczasowych szczegółowych badań autorskich prowadzonych w obszarze edukacji, sztuki i filozofii oraz religii. Autor wskazuje na relacje społeczne mistrz-uczeń (przypominające relację ojciec-dziecko), które mają miejsce także w przypadku plastyki i edukacji plastycznej. Relacje te mają charakter zapośredniczony przez dzieło sztuki plastycznej albo bezpośredni w sytuacji spotkania mistrza z uczniem, twórcy z odbiorcą. Autor stawia szereg ważnych pytań natury filozoficznej w zakresie edukacji plastycznej i proponuje nową, szczegółową terminologię. Wnioski z artykułu mają praktyczne implikacje społeczne w zakresie wychowania plastycznego, które ma miejsce także w Kościele.

The paper is a contribution and a recapitulation. The goal of this article is to present selected issues of ‘plastic flow’ and various aspects of art education (artistic education, education through fine art). The author used to methods such as historiographical analysis of the documents, essential or logical analysis of the subject. The author introduced the subject mainly from the pedagogical and philosophical view, pointing to its important elements. The text is in some sense a recapitulation of current research topics presenting in the preceding articles of the author, being as if the general report of the existing author’s researches, detailed studies conducted in the area of education, the arts and philosophy, and religion. The author points to the social relations master-student (like the father-child relationship), which have also occurred in the case of art and art education. These relationships are mediated by the work of visual art or immediately in the event of a direct meeting of the master with the student, the creator with the recipient. The author introduces a number of important philosophical questions in the field of art education. He proposes new specific terminology. The conclusions of the article have practical social implications in the field of artistic education that takes place also in the Church.
