The article addresses the issue of ethics in management in organizations which are substantially influenced by new technologies, including automation, robotics and digitization and positions connected with the future of work. The aim of the article is to define the areas in automated workplaces which evoke ethical dilemmas, such as replacing people by machines, pressure caused by the rapid pace of changes happening due to modern technology, the ability to adapt to the work environment, new ways of communication, and digital control. It also presents the views of scientists researching the future of work. The conclusion includes the description of the areas of organizational life which pose the greatest challenges for ethics in management. The article is based on the review of subject literature and presents the results of the study conducted in a company that distributes modern technologies.
