Tekst jest próbą analizy kategorii dziedzictwa w kontekście zarządzania humanistycznego. W tym celu wykorzystano interpretację czterech filmów o Parku Jurajskim: Park Jurajski (1993, reż. Steven Spielberg), Zaginiony Świat: Jurassic Park (1997, reż. Steven Spielberg), Jurassic Park III (2001, reż. Joe Johnston) oraz Jurassic World (2015, reż. Colin Trevorrow). Wskrzeszenie dinozaurów zostało potraktowane jako metafora dziedzictwa kulturowego. Na tej podstawie możliwa jest dyskusja o komercjalizacji dziedzictwa, roli przepisów prawnych w zarządzaniu nim oraz o wartościach etycznych w procesie jego ochrony.
The article is an attempt to analyse categories of heritage in the context of humanistic management, taking into consideration the Jurassic Park films: Jurassic Park (USA 1993, dir. Steven Spielberg), The Lost World: Jurassic Park (USA 1997, dir. Steven Spielberg), Jurassic Park III (USA 2001 dir. Joe Johnston), Jurassic World (USA 2015, dir. Colin Trevorrow). The resurrection of dinosaurs has been treated as a metaphor of cultural heritage. On this basis, it is possible to talk about commercialization of heritage, the role of legislation in its management, and on the ethical values in its protection.
