abstract in English:
Library promotion in the Web 2.0 environment has become a universal phenomenon. For special groups of users, including people with visual disabilities, this environment creates favourable conditions for integration and existence in the knowledge society. Librarians 2.0 using podcasting and audio description as a form of promotion can encourage both ablebodied and disabled users to use the services of the library. The paper attempts to answer the question of how properly prepared and presented podcasting and video with audio description can serve the blind and partially sighted.
