In reference to the problem of the excessive length of civil proceedings, many people who possess an intellectual property right are looking for effective protection in proceedings to secure the claims which are characterized by the promptness and simplified characters. It is particularly of vital importance in the field of intellectual property law, where the lack of a rapid response to the breach could lead to irreversible consequences. Due to the nature of rights regarding incorporeal goods, the question of the security of claims arising from the breach has long aroused the interest of the doctrine. Of particular interest is the issue of protection of non-monetary claims. According to the current law, the court may even secure the claim in a form, which in fact leads to the complete satisfaction of the claim holder. Therefore, the courts should, prior to making such decision, conduct a thorough analysis of all the circumstances of the particular case.
